When limiting the visibility of your premises is as important as preventing people from intruding, choose ArmaMeshLOUVRE fencing. This Louvered Fence Panels system combines exceptionally stylish and modern panels with features designed to protect high level security sites including hospitals, airports and corporate developments.

Specification

A range of options allow you to customise the innovative ArmaMeshLOUVRE fencing to meet your security needs. Each 1963mm wide panel is available in any height, and you can choose different visibility levels based on the angle of the louvres. The 80/20 option provides 80% screening with 20% visibility, while the 100/0 option provides 100% total screening with zero visibility.

The robust profiled Louvered Fence Panels are fused to a steel wire with a high electrical voltage to maximise security and durability in all conditions. There’s also the option to have panels fitted horizontally or vertically, giving you complete control of how ArmaMeshLOUVRE appears.

Mesh & Wire: 80/20 vision Electrofused steel S235JR made up from triple flanged 50 x 1.5mm flat bar at 46mm centres vertically and 4mm wire at 132mm centres horizontally. Top and Bottom constructed from 50 x 3mm flat bar. Galvanised and polyester powder-coated to a minimum of 60 microns.

100/0 vision Electrofused steel S235JR made up from triple flanged 69 x 1.5mm flat bar at 46mm centres vertically and 4mm wire at 132mm centres horizontally. Top and Bottom constructed from 50 x 3mm flat bar. Galvanised and polyester powder-coated to a minimum of 60 microns

Set Posts: Set posts in holes 300 mm diameter x 800** mm deep, filled not less than half the depth with concrete, as clause 620.
Maximum Posts Centres: 1642mm/2032mm (panel width 1992mm)
Bottom of Fencing to Be: Maximum of 100 mm above final ground level.
Other Requirements: PPC Colour Green RAL 6005. A full range of RAL Colours are available from Gramm Barrier Systems including marine grade and metallics.

Foundation types

Gramms ArmaMeshLOUVRE mesh fencing system can be either set into concrete foundations or bolted down to individual concrete pads or a continuous concrete strip/pad..

Fixing methods

a) Galvanised steel or PPC posts with baseplates can be fixed to concrete surfaces using chemfix resin anchors or cast in cradles.
b) Steel posts can be set into augered or bucket dug concrete foundations.
