Description

When you need cost-effective security mesh fencing and your main aim is preventing people from gaining access to your premises, whilst maintain good visibility, Gramm Barriers ArmaMeshEXPANDED make it the ideal high security option.

Specification

Each hard-wearing security expanded mesh panel is fixed to galvanised steel square posts using an anti-tamper security fixings which are secured to strong horizontal support rails. This ensures quick and easy installation around any perimeter and maintains a great line of defence against any potential intruders.

ArmaMeshEXPANDED is hugely flexible for a range of high security locations, from schools, industrial and commercial units, police stations and secure units, Ministry of Defence sites, airports and seaports.

You also have quality assurances with this system conforming to BS 1722-14 for open mesh steel panel fences and Loss Prevention Standards 1175 Category 1.

Mesh & Wire:	100 x 50 diamond 3mm thick x 5mm strand.
Posts:	60 x 40 mm SHS, galvanised after manufacture and polyester powder-coated with 30 x 5mm full length clamp bar galvanised and polyester powder-coated to match fencing. (1200mm – 2100mm Panels ONLY) 80 x 40 mm RHS, galvanised after manufacture and polyester powder-coated with 30 x 5mm full length clamp bar galvanised and polyester powder-coated to match fencing. (2400mm Panels +)
Fixings:	M8 cup square bolt with permacone nut, galvanised.
Set Posts:	Set posts in holes 300 mm diameter x 800** mm deep, filled not less than half the depth with concrete, as clause 620.
Maximum Posts Centres:	2520mm
Bottom of Fencing to Be:	approx 50 mm above final ground level or 300mm Ground Bury.
Other Requirements:	PPC Colour Green RAL 6005. A full range of RAL Colours are available from Gramm Barrier Systems including marine grade and metallics.

Foundation types

Gramms ArmaMeshEXPANDED mesh fencing system can be either set into concrete foundations or bolted down to individual concrete pads or a continuous concrete strip/pad.

Fixing methods

a) Galvanised steel or PPC posts with baseplates can be fixed to concrete surfaces using chemfix resin anchors or cast in cradles.
b) Steel posts can be set into augered or bucket dug concrete foundations.
